Scheduled
Please be advised that Bentley is making the second of many hardware upgrades to their Identity Management System (IMS) as part of ongoing efforts to improve its reliability and user experience. The second phase of this upgrade is a software upgrade in production scheduled for June 20, 2026, at 8AM EDT.
During the transition to new software on June 20, customers who are signed into a Seequent application using a Bentley Account will be signed out and required to sign in again. Users on the latest version of Bentley’s CONNECTION Client should not experience any issues. Additionally, processes that rely on refresh tokens are not expected to be impacted.
This software upgrade is part of a broader initiative to enhance Bentley IMS applications, with additional hardware and software improvements planned throughout the year. Rest assured, our teams are committed to managing this transition carefully and will inform you along the way with the goal of minimizing any disruption for users.
If you experience any issues following the June 20 deployment, please contact Seequent Support at support@seequent.com for further assistance. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we continue to improve our services.
